CONNER CRYER, Men's Golf

On Tuesday, March 19, Conner Cryer claimed his second consecutive championship with a tremendous performance at the CBC Invitational. Cryer carded a three-round score of 216, after scoring a 76 in the first round, followed by back-to-back rounds under par to close out the victory (71, 69). 

A week prior, Cryer won the Top of Texas Invitational by firing a three-round score of 217 (72, 72,73). He tallied a total of 12 birdies and only 13 bogeys in the tournament.

Cryer has been a major part of one of the most successful runs in program history. During the sophomore’s two seasons, the Drovers have won two team championships, along with four individual crowns. Additionally, they cracked the top 25 of the men’s golf rankings on Scoreboard, and currently sit at No. 22 on the list.
