Athletes of the Week
Yaiza Larrauri established herself as one of the best defensive players in the conference last season, recording 415 digs, along with 34 assists, and 14 aces in 25 matches.
In her career at USAO, Larrauri has appeared in 78 matches, tallying 607 digs, 56 assists, and 46 aces.
VOLLEYBALL
Callum Shepherd has anchored USAO's defense since the 2020 season and has become one of the most respected players in the Sooner Athletic Conference. He was awarded a second team all-conference selection in 2023 as he produced one goal, two assists, and four points on offense.
In his career, Shepherd has appeared in 68 games, tallying eight goals, six assists, and 22 points.
Men's Soccer
Sophie Williams delivered a historic season in 2024 as she extended the incredible streak of a USAO pitcher being selected as the conference's pitcher of the year. A Drover has earned at least a share of the award for the seventh consecutive season. (Emily Cerny 5x, Sophie Williams 2x)
