OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – Saturday night, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (6-6-4, 3-3-2 SAC) were dealt a 6-0 loss on the road at Oklahoma City University (11-1-2, 6-1-1 SAC). The Drovers are now 15-11-2 against the Stars all-time, dating back to October of 2007.
The game began with 42 minutes of scoreless action until the Stars claimed the lead just before halftime.
Following the break, the reinvigorated Stars scored a trio of goals within a span of six minutes early in the second half. OCU's second goal came in the 52nd minute, followed by the third in the 55th minute, and the fourth in the 58th minute.
The Stars extended their lead to 5-0 in the 65th minute, followed by their sixth and final goal in the 81st minute.
As a team, USAO attempted just three shots, with zero being on goal, while OCU attempted 20 shots, 11 of which were on target. Both teams attempted four corner kicks. The Drovers were whistled for 15 fouls, while the Stars committed only four infractions. USAO was issued three yellow cards and OCU earned two yellow cards.

USAO will conclude the regular season on Tuesday, October 29 as they play a double-header on the road at Texas Wesleyan University. The women's game is scheduled to kick-off at 5:00 PM CT, followed by the men's game at 7:30 PM CT in Fort Worth, Texas.
