OLATHE, Kan. – Wednesday afternoon, the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (1-3-1, 0-0 SAC) were dealt a tough 1-0 loss at No. 1 ranked MidAmerica Nazarene University (2-1-2, 0-0 HAAC).
The only goal of the contest was scored in the 42nd minute of the first half as MNU scored on a scrum in front of the Drover net. Despite USAO's best efforts, they were unable to strike for an equalizer.
As a team, USAO attempted eight shots, with only one being on goal, while No. 1 MNU attempted 16 shots, only two of which were on target. The Drovers were whistled for 11 fouls, while the Pioneers committed nine infractions.

The Drovers will be back in action at home on Saturday, September 7 as they host a non-conference matchup against Sterling College. Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 PM CT at McLaughlin Field.
