Bio

Tony Orsi has been on the USAO coaching staff since 2007 and has helped lead the men’s soccer team to an incredible win-loss record of 229-94-18 (.672). He earned a promotion to Associate Head Coach of the men’s soccer team on August 1, 2024. 

Throughout his 17 seasons, the Drovers have claimed 10 Sooner Athletic Conference championships, and they have made seven appearances in the NAIA Men’s Soccer National Championship tournament. 

He has also served as the head coach of the men’s soccer reserve team, and he led the Drovers to the first ever SAC Championship for men’s soccer reserve teams. 

In addition to his experience at USAO, Orsi was the assistant coach for Oklahoma City FC (PDL/NPSL | 2012-13), assistant coach for the Oklahoma Alliance FC (WPSL | 2008-11), head coach at Deer Creek High School (2007-09), and head coach at Chickasha High School in 2006. Throughout the years, he has helped lead his teams to 10 state championships and has helped numerous players move on to the collegiate and professional levels. Additionally, he possesses a USSF National B coaching license.

Prior to beginning his coaching career, Orsi was an all-conference student-athlete and team captain at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (NCAA Div II). He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in health/PE/Safety.
